Scott presents at TBG lecture series on promoting biodiversity in the urban landscape

Scott recently presented a lecture on “Promoting Biodiversity in the Urban Landscape” as part of the Toronto Botanical Garden’s Lecture Series. The audience included members of the North American Native Plant Society as well as the public.

Scott’s lecture focused on the multiple benefits of using native plants in sustainable landscape design. He highlighted how STLAi uses native plants to create vibrant, visually dynamic urban environments that strengthen the connection between people and nature. Scott also discussed the ability of native plants to foster biodiversity in urban settings.
